Debate #3

President Bush won the debate by a mile. With all the softballs thrown up for jfk by the CBS moderator, Bush still got his licks in, but good. While Kerry demonstrated (yet again) his commanding grasp of nuance, America responded with a big yawn. The president's straighforward responses should be well received in the battleground states.

By the way Senator -- nice crack at your wife's expense at the end. If I inferred "marrying up" with my wife meant a bazillion-dollar bank account, she'd divorce me faster than you could say "pre-nup." I bet you and Mrs. Heinz will (again) spend the night screaming at each other and sleeping in separate hotel rooms.

Theresa Heinz is not someone that I'd ever want to see as first lady, but she deserves a lot better than jfk. What a jackass.
